As demand grew, Anrich saw that clients didn’t just need repairs — they needed help building websites, designing brands, & connecting every part of their digital presence. Through a mix of hands-on experience, self-study, & client projects, he began developing these skills, shaping what would become Technique IT’s multi-disciplinary foundation.
By 2021, Technique IT had grown into a full-time business with a loyal client base across South Africa. The company was officially registered as a limited entity that September, expanding its services into structured Service Level Agreements for both IT support & web development. The focus was clear — not just to fix problems, but to become a dependable partner to each client. For many, Technique IT effectively became their in-house IT department — offering personal, affordable, & consistent technical support tailored to real-world needs.
Following a move to Cape Town in 2022, Technique IT retained the majority of its existing clients while expanding rapidly in the Western Cape. By 2025, the company entered its next phase of growth — formalizing its service offerings further & adding a retail division to provide high-quality tech products at competitive prices. Today, Technique IT continues to build on its founding principles: integrity, craftsmanship, & service that speaks for itself.
